The "TeleWebCall",
a premise-based Web Call appliance, offers an enhanced click-to-talk
feature that brings live interaction instantaneously between
your company and online visitors. Your website visitors
can click a button and be immediately connected to the resource
they need, which gives you an opportunity to convert online
visitors into buyers. No need to implement costly Call Center
Solution just for obtaining the web call function, nor to
sign a contract and pay monthly fee to a service provider,

TeleWebCall is compatible with most PBXs using analog or
T1/E1/PRI* connection. With its capability of intercepting
and bypassing the trunk lines between PSTN and the existing
PBX, no additional trunk ports or extension ports are required
to install TeleWebCall.

TeleWebCall can be fully integrated with the existing PBXs.
When visitors click the "call me" button, they
will be routed to your company's Automatic Attendant Greeting
or specified operator/operator group, just like they are
calling from the PSTN CO lines. By following the voice prompt,
callers can press the keypad again to reach specific extension
users or pilot group such as customer service dept. Contact
